Good day for the park!

Today we all decided it was a great day to enjoy the park. We went to the Landen park. Ezra really enjoyed the swings this time. We all had so much fun!

Enjoying Micah...

Tonight we went to Nanny and Poppy's house to visit. We actually celebrated Nanny's Birthday Belated... we were a little late). We brought her a cake, cards, flowers, kisses and hugs. We had a balloon for her too, but it blew away when we opened the car door....oops! We had a good time. The kids love to pet their dog Micah. They are getting braver around their dogs...finally. We didn't get any pictures of Nanny this time...we'll get them next time Nanny!

Soldier's Tribute

Justin left for Iraq...

Today was a very sad and hard day for our family. Our nephew Justin Sorg is in the Air Force and left real early this morning for Iraq. We will miss you Justin and you will be in our daily prayers. We are so glad that he was able to make it to Ezra's birthday party. Will was able to go to his going away party after Ezra's party. Wish we all could have made it, but little Ezra was to tired! Please be safe Justin! You are our hero!

Ezra's First Birthday!

Today was the big day! We had a big party for you little Ezra-roo! We had a Winnie-the-Pooh themed party. Ever since you were a real little guy, I gave you the nick-name "Roo". I thought it'd be cute to have Winnie-the-Pooh "Roo" in the theme of your first party! You had an ear-infection this weekend on your first birthday...I felt so bad for you! You were a real trooper though! You loved the cake and presents. Nanny and Poppy got you a little shaker antique chair, Grammy and Papa got you a toy box and Grammy made you a blanket, Mommy and Daddy got you a winnie-the-pooh ride on toy, and you got several other neat presents! You are such a sweet little guy! Lots of family came to see you and celebrate you! Having you in our lives is such a blessing! We love you so much! Happy 1st Birthday sweet lil' Roo!

Elijah's time with Benji...

This week Elijah was so excited! It was finally his turn to bring "Benji the Bear" home from preschool. He had a lot of fun snuggling and taking care of him!

Little Ezra-roo is going to be one!

We can't believe it but our little guy is almost one! Wow, how time flies. We have been so blessed to have you in our lives Ezra! We all can't wait to have a party to celebrate you...little Roo! We love You!
