Can you tell we have big brothers?

Today Mommy and our friend Tracy switched kids for the day. Elijah went with Tracy and Ben to the Children's Museum (Boys day out) and Claire went home with us so we could have a girl play date with no big brothers around to bug us. We had a lot of fun. We watched an Elmo movie, played with our baby dolls, and we even pushed army men around in strollers. We pretended to take them to the playground to play. Too Funny! You can sure tell we have big brothers! We need to do this more often. We played so well with out our big brothers around to tell us what to do and bug us, but we did miss them. We sure hope Elijah and Ben are having just as much fun as we are!

Here is baby Ezra doing his daily "tummy time". He is just getting to big! He had his 4 month check up and was 14 pounds now and 25 inches long. He is doing so good!

Aunt Sarah's Wedding...

Last Saturday (Aug. 11) our Aunt Sarah got married! We have a new Uncle now! Welcome to the family Uncle Troy! Aunt Sarah looked so beautiful! Elijah and Adrie were so excited to dress up for the special occasion. Adrie got to wear her "pitty pink dess" and Elijah got to wear his "handsome suit".

We had a blast and danced the night away. Aunt Sarah sure knows how to plan a beautiful wedding! We hope you and Troy are having fun on your honeymoon!

Play date with the Kempers...

Yesterday we went to the Kemper's house to play and have dinner. It was so fun! We always have so much fun with them. Tracy and Scott Kemper have three kids (Ben, Claire, and Joscie). They are about the same ages as each of us. Mommy and Tracy are very good friends. It is just as much fun for mommy when we all get together then it is for us. Mommy and Tracy met at church and have been good friends ever since. We had so much fun Ben, Claire and Joscie! Thanks for having us over! We need to make another play date soon!

Happy Anniversary Mommy and Daddy!

Today is mommy and daddy's 5 year anniversary. Elijah asked mommy this morning what that meant. Mommy explained it to him and showed him wedding pictures. He said with a very sad look on his face "but I thought I was gonna marry you". He was so sincere when he said it. It was so sweet. Mommy said that Elijah would always be her little boy and that she has been praying everyday for him to find a very nice girl to marry one day (once he is old enough). Mommy and daddy have had the three of us kids in five years! Boy they sure have been busy!

A note to daddy from mommy: Happy Anniversary Will! I love you so much! I pray we get many more years together! The last five years have been so awesome. I know we have went through tough times and good times, but through it all I want you to know I do feel so blessed to have you by my side. I can not imagine my life with out you by my side. Thank you God for bringing Will into my life, he is a true blessing that I will always cherish!

Today mommy got out the exer-saucer from storage and cleaned it all up for lil' Ezra. He loved it! He just looked all around. He was very intrigued. He is still not stong enough to be in it with out a blanket to help prop him up. It won't be long though! You are just growing to fast Ezra!
