Fourth of July Fireworks...

All day the kids were asking about fireworks. They could hardly wait for it to get dark out so they could see them. When it finally got close to being dark, we got our baths and put pajamas on so they'd be all ready for bed. We sat on the front porch and watched and listened to some fireworks around the neighborhood. I found some sparklers left over from last year and let the kids enjoy them. Around 9:30 pm we loaded the kids up and went to Kings High School and watched the Kings Island fireworks from the parking lot there. The kids were so excited. They watched them from the moon roof of our SUV. Even Ezra was loving them. I thought for sure he'd be scared, I was wrong! Good thing they had good naps today...it was a very late night for them. (Boy, it was hard getting a good picture of the fireworks...sorry they didn't turn out very well).
